With more than 55 kilometers of sledding runs Ellmau is also known as sledding paradise. Famous runs are the “Hochsöll” as well as “Astberg Ellmau-Going” sledding runs.
“Astberg-Ellmau-Going”
This run has a length of 4,5 kilometers and is lighted at night. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays this run is opened from 19.00 till 21.00 o´clock. Helmets and headlamps are recommended. This sledding run is closed between 17.00 and 19.00 due to preparation reasons.
“Hochsöll”
This sledding run has a length of 3,5 kilometers. This sledding run is opened Wednesdays till Saturdays from 16:30 till 3:00 o´clock and Sundays till Tuesdays from 16:30 till 19:00 o´clock.
