Our well-kept house is beautifully situated upon a hill having a unique view over the village to the Kaisergebirge. All 4-Pers.-Apartments have one bedroom, shower, kitchen and living room with a daybed and a big balcony with a marvelous view to the Kaisergebirge. The 6-Pers.-Apartments have two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a daybed and a big balcony with an amazing view to the Kaisergebirge. All our apartments are furnished with TV, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettles, dishwasher, hair dryer and linens needed in the bedroom and in the bathroom. There is also a cot, a child seat, a baby changing unit and a bathtub for babies. We also have a ski room where our guests can deposit their skiing utensils and where they can dry their boots. Pets are allowed in our apartment house with a special fee per day. There are car parking possibilities but also garages for those guests who travel by car. Visiting Ellmau and booking our apartment house means choosing between a large variety of sports activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, playing golf and paragliding in summer as well as skiing, snowboarding and sledding in winter.
